3 things I’ve been doing lately for better sleep! Drinking tart juice, reading & sleeping on my new @avocado.green mattress!

Drinking tart cherry juice 1-2 hours before bed to increase melatonin, which helps signal your body that it’s time for sleep.

Eliminating TV before bed and reading instead. I find watching shows before I go to sleep is way too stimulating. Reading before sleep has been shown to decrease cognitive arousal, which can help you fall asleep quicker and more soundly.

Swapping out my mattress! My old mattress was 16 years old (scary), so we needed a new one desperately. Grant and I explored a lot of brands, but we ultimately ended up with @avocado.green, and we could not be happier.
